2. Compare Silent Bids & Credentials
Review bids from Ebzy Taskers (everyday helpers) and Ebzy Pros (verified ST, CIDB, SPAN licenses). No public bidding wars.
3. Build Scope or Request Milestone Quote
Request an itemised quote and confirm the scope, timing and any proposed milestones before accepting it.
4. Agree the Scope and Payment Terms
Accepting a service quote records your choice but does not collect payment. Confirm the payment method and timing directly with the provider before work begins.
5. In-App Safe Messaging & Geotag Progress
Coordinate schedule arrival, share site access instructions, and review uploaded milestone progress photos safely inside EBZY's encrypted messaging portal.
6. Review Completion Evidence
Review the completed work and any required compliance certificate. EBZY service-job milestone payments and provider payouts are not available yet.
